Wed - 1 mile walk, 30 min Pilates (The Method Standing Pilates Blend), 20 min Cardio (10 Minute Solution Carb Burner) = 4
Thu - 1 mile walk, 20 min Cardio (YBB Light and Easy DVD) = 2
